Our efforts have helped various customers of different scale and hence different degrees of complexity in streamlining their operations.
Zee Telefilms, held by the multi billion dollar Essel group, is India's largest vertically integrated media company with presence in films, TV broadcasting, music and education with a combined turnover of over Rs 35 billion.
We delivered operational support along with our product Voices for Zee Telefilms for their Zee Kannada Viewership Contact Program. This survey involved a sample size of 5 lakh respondents across Karnataka and was conducted by three survey agencies. We connected all these survey agencies and collated the information from them using our product Voices. We then helped Zee in analyzing this data and infer meaningful insights from the survey.
Our product Tuningfork has been deployed at one of the biggest education service provider in the country for close to two years now. We run their technology operations from our datacenter to help connect their 8 centres in Bangalore and Mysore. Similarly, we have been running the 'end-to-end backend-technology-show' for some of our customers in Hyderabad.
Tuningfork works as a Student Relationship Management Tool for these education service providers keeping track of administration related details of students. They use the metrics generated from this information in strategizing their operations.
Tuningfork has been helping our customers to help monitor student's attendance and test performance. Students and parents now login to the institute's website to check out graphically illustrated performance metrics. This information is also getting disemminated through our SMS and email integration modules for deeper penetration and access of data to students and their parents.
Tuningfork's Content Management Module (CMS) has been well appreciated too. Our customers currently feed in the questions, along with a few annotations like source, difficulty level, topic, etc in to our CMS. CMS is intelligent to detect any 'double entries' for the same question and warns the user in case they are detected. Once the 'Question Bank' is ready, these institutes generate a question paper based on a few selection criteria. A typical such criteria could be "Generate a question paper with 20 easy questions, which have not been given in previous tests, from Optics section and 10 difficult ones, with 20% repetition from Gravity". We hear that our CMS module has been saving a lot of time for these institutes in managing and setting question papers.
Whatever the needs of an education service provider are, we had been in a position to solve them not only from a technology stand point, but also support them end-to-end in their operations. So be it Content Management nightmares, handling scale, flexible reporting, involving students/guardians in their scheme of things, scheduling issues - whatever they are, we have helped our customers handle them successfully. In short, we were their technology-back-office.
