Welcome to ConceptWaves Business Partner Program. We have designed this program to ensure the success of organizations who have or plan to invest in selling and spreading the reach of our worldclass software products. ConceptWaves will support its Business Partners through personalized sales, marketing and product support kits.

The Business Partner will be involved in selling our products and offerings to different Education Service Providers (schools/colleges/coaching centres/NGOs). In the process the partner organization will develop critical domain knowledge and will be instrumental in bringing back the feedback to ConceptWaves to move our offerings to greater degrees of excellence. We look for strong business acumen supported by an entrepreneurial nature and a desire to be a change driver in the education space.

Some experience in dealing with Education Service Providers (schools/colleges/coaching centres/NGOs) or in IT enabled services or in computer Hardware reselling is a good fit. In addition, good communication skills, ability to understand the business requirements and ready to work as team are needed to be an effective Business Partner for ConceptWaves.

• Generate orders in your area.
• Ensure smooth and hassle free business operations and proactively resolve customer problems.
• Represent the product accurately to the customer.
• Ensure collection of receivables.

In case we agree to work with each other you will enter into a legal agreement with us. We will conduct an Induction programme for you where you will also be given a Sales Kit (which includes e-brochures, Company profiles, Demo logins, Documentation etc) needed to perform the above listed services. After the induction program, from time to time, our Sales Managers shall provide training to your sales force and ensure that your sales force is aware of the latest improvements with every new release.
